About The Position
Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking a warm, nurturing, and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide safe, loving, and attentive childcare in clients’ homes in Greenwich, Connecticut. The role involves caring for children, supporting their daily routines and development, and communicating with parents about their activities and well-being. Babysitters who are also available for last-minute jobs are preferred.
Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is required.
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional, with strong references.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families.
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to accept last-minute jobs.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands-on childcare and supervision in a home environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and educational experiences.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for children.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living space for the children.
- Assist with homework, reading, and developmental activities as needed.
- Manage daily routines, including nap times, bath times, and bedtime schedules.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's daily activities and well-being.
