Requirements

• Previous experience as a nanny or in childcare is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Background check and references required.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs.
• Passion for working with children and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision for children in a safe environment.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and educational play.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area and living space.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and needs.
• Support children’s daily routines, including homework and bedtime.
• Promote social skills and positive behavior through guidance and reinforcement.
• Administer first aid and medication as needed, following parents' instructions.
