As an Account Executive focused on Mid-Market Non-Profit Clients, your role is to understand their unique needs, align their mission goals with Salesforce’s capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify their social impact. This is a quota-carrying role that requires both sales acumen and deep empathy for the nonprofit sector — especially the evolving needs of organizations focused on public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and other human services programs. You will partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise, generate pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment, and sell on value and return on investment versus technical functionality. You will build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions, uncover business initiatives and struggles to map back solutions across multiple lines of business, and create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution. A deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level is essential.
