The onboarding process takes an average of four to six weeks and includes a virtual interview, during which applicants should be prepared to perform a piece or provide a recording or video; two to three reference checks; a background check and drug screen for applicants age 18 or older; and medical clearance, including required flu and other immunizations at the applicant’s expense. Onboarding must be completed within four to six weeks to remain active in the program. Applications with onboarding tasks pending for 30 or more days may be rejected.
