About The Position

Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens is seeking a Museum Shop Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience for guests. This role involves assisting with product presentation, promoting the museum's collections, and ensuring seamless transactions. The Sales Associate will build personal connections with visitors, whether in person, via phone, or online, to foster return visits and enhance the overall guest experience. Build product knowledge to help guests find meaningful souvenirs and memorable keepsakes from their visit.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to deliver an exceptional visitor experience every day.
