About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for a high-profile site in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, with morning, swing, and graveyard shifts available; shift details will be discussed during the interview. The role involves active patrols and physical movement throughout the shift, supervising officers, and helping maintain safe, smooth site operations. The work environment is air-conditioned, and the site has an on-site restaurant and cafe and free parking. A uniform is provided at no cost. The hourly wage is $26. The posting also offers a $250 employee referral bonus and a $350 hire-on bonus after successful completion of the probationary period. Requirements

At least 2 years of security supervisor experience.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure officers receive their breaks and meal breaks on time during their shifts.
Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling to support daily operations across assigned accounts.
Work with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to develop and manage staffing schedules and fill open shifts.
Provide hands-on leadership, recruit new supervisors, and promote Special Response Officers (SROs) for career advancement.
Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and provide patrol services to designated accounts.
Promote servant leadership, employee engagement, company core values, and high performance standards.
Work toward full shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and maintaining full staffing levels through recruiting.
Become proficient in company software systems for onboarding, scheduling, and financial operations.
Ensure compliance with GardaWorld’s mandatory requirements and operational standards.
