Municipal Engineer/Project Manager
About The Position
A multi-disciplined consulting firm with an established office is seeking a talented Senior Municipal Engineer/Project Manager for its Duluth team. The role involves managing municipal projects, designing municipal infrastructure, preparing technical and regulatory documentation, and supporting client relationships. Salary is commensurate with experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- At least 5 years of public works experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in client and project management.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

- Experience with funding and grants available to municipalities.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects, including planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC.
- Prepare project details, specifications, and bidding documents.
- Handle client relations, including attending council meetings with clients.
- Design municipal infrastructure projects.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Prepare technical reports and regulatory permits.
