About The Position

A multi-disciplined consulting firm with an established office is seeking a Senior Municipal Engineer/Project Manager for its Bettendorf team. The role involves managing municipal infrastructure projects from planning and scoping through budgeting and quality assurance, while also designing projects, preparing technical and bidding documentation, and supporting clients and junior staff. Salary is commensurate with experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 5 years of public works experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience in client and project management.
• Authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform project management duties, including project planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Prepare project details, specifications, and bidding documents.
• Handle client relations duties, including attending council meetings with clients.
• Design municipal infrastructure projects.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory permits.
