About The Position
The Multifamily Maintenance Technician works at 335 Bala in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, maintaining the property and supporting residents. The role calls for a hands-on, detail-oriented person who can troubleshoot efficiently, work under pressure, and help create a safe and pleasant environment for residents. The technician responds promptly to resident calls, follows up after repairs, monitors the property and grounds, handles routine upkeep, and prepares apartments for move-in and turnover. The position participates in a rotating on-call schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Experience working on building maintenance.
- Dependable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
- Valid driver's license.
- Primary residence within 30 minutes of the property.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to resident calls.
- Follow up with residents after repairs and provide customer service.
- Monitor property details, including grounds, and perform routine upkeep.
- Proactively address maintenance repairs.
- Prepare apartments for move-in and turnover.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
