About The Position

Join Pinebrook Pointe community as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead the team responsible for keeping the community running at its best. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will guide and support the maintenance crew, oversee repairs, manage budgets and vendors, and respond promptly to resident needs. The role is based in Margate and requires bilingual English and Spanish communication.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of property maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Handle maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth property operations.
• Manage budgets.
