About The Position

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Multidomain Operations Manager to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community. Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Multidomain Operations (MDO) Manager will plan, design, and guide major MDO and training activities from conception to execution. This role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts linking electronic warfare (EW), cyber operations, intelligence, land, air, sea, and space components. You will work closely with government leaders, external agencies, and partner organizations to meet mission objectives, track performance, identify operational risks, implement fixes, and brief senior leadership. Additionally, you will oversee project timelines, resource allocations, funding, and deliverable schedules, and support MDO planning and integration activities across various mission areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Active Clearance Required - Must be TS/SCI Eligible - U.S. citizenship required
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with broad requirements in MDO focusing on EW, with a secondary focus on Cyber Operations.
  • Additional experiences in intelligence, land, air, sea, and space operations are desired.
  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the internal organization and establishing responsibilities and setting expectations; controlling and managing budgets and schedules.

  • Preferred experience is EW; cyber and intelligence experience will be considered.
