About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple stores in a district, traveling locally to nearby stores as required. The role helps create a positive, high-energy atmosphere while maintaining operational and customer service standards. It offers set schedules, every other weekend off, and four-day work weeks. The posting notes additional pay of $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if travel exceeds 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members and ensure operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth store operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
