About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports operations across multiple nearby stores in a district, helping create a positive, high-energy atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role involves delegating tasks, working alongside Team Members, mentoring and developing them, and providing the General Manager with performance feedback. The supervisor delivers customer-focused service, upholds Sheetz Performance Standards, and ensures stores follow regulatory and compliance requirements. Local travel to nearby stores is required. The position offers an overnight shift, set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities including repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed if travel exceeds 30 miles one way.

Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
Inspire and mentor Team Members and help them develop skills for delivering exceptional service.
Provide the General Manager with performance feedback about Team Members.
Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
Deliver outstanding, customer-focused service.
Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
