About The Position

The Multi-Store Shift Supervisor supports store success across multiple locations in a district by coordinating team members, maintaining operational and customer service standards, and fostering a positive store culture. The role works alongside team members, provides coaching and feedback, and travels locally to support nearby stores as needed. The position offers set schedules, four-day work weeks, and every other weekend off. The stated starting rate is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for specific tasks.
Have proven experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting up to 40 pounds.
Be willing to commute up to 30 miles one way per day; mileage is reimbursed for travel over 30 miles one way.

Nice To Haves

Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Work alongside team members to maintain smooth store operations.

Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory and compliance standards.
Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
