About The Position
7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests for minor repairs to a variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. It also handles plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance requests. The technician manages parts inventory and completes daily reports, and may train other level I technicians, prioritize work, and perform basic maintenance on structures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle stretch assignments, take ownership of facility locations, and manage time.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
