About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician I to join their team. This role is responsible for keeping stores running smoothly, from ensuring Slurpee machines are at the perfect chill to tackling large-scale projects and upgrades. The technician will complete point of sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades, and other specialized projects. They will also serve on a strike team to support markets with service calls during In-House Maintenance technician staffing shortages. The role involves managing and fulfilling orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues, maintaining parts inventory, and completing daily reports. Additional duties include training technicians, prioritizing work orders, and conducting basic structural maintenance.

Requirements

• The ability to travel 50% of the time or greater with the ability to work flexible hours defined by the project
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance
• Valid Driver’s License (with real ID or equivalent for air travel)
• Show leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership and time management
