About The Position
7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests and performs minor repairs on a variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. It also handles orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues. The technician manages parts inventory, completes daily reports, and may perform additional duties such as training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, and basic maintenance on structures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
