About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi-Skilled Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role involves equipment upgrades and installations, service-call support during staffing shortages, and maintenance work across store facilities. Technicians may support remodels, new store builds, and restaurant openings. The position requires travel 50% of the time or greater and flexible hours determined by project needs.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 50% of the time or greater.
• Ability to work flexible hours as defined by project needs.
• At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license, with Real ID or equivalent for air travel.
• Leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, facility-location ownership, and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete point-of-sale upgrades and installations, fuel dispenser upgrades, and other specialized projects.
• Serve on a strike team supporting markets with service calls during In-House Maintenance technician staffing shortages.
• Manage and fulfill orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Maintain parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Train technicians.
• Prioritize assigned work orders.
• Conduct basic structural maintenance.
