About The Position

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The technician responds to service requests and performs minor repairs on a variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The role also handles plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance requests; manages parts inventory; and completes daily reports. Additional duties may include training other level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures. The posting offers an hourly pay range of $18.00–$32.00. It also describes a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, subject to change, and notes that bonus and other compensation are discretionary. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license.
Leadership, effective communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle stretch assignments and take ownership of facility locations.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
