Multi-Skilled Technician
About The Position
7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep its stores running smoothly. The role responds to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment, including beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. It also handles work orders involving plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues. The technician manages parts inventory and completes daily reports. Additional duties may include training other Level I technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures. The position supports store operations and customer convenience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Skills in leadership, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication, handling stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
