Multi-Site Porter/Housekeeper

As a Multi-Site Porter/Housekeeper, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of multiple communities. You'll make sure grounds, common areas, amenities, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, organized, and ready for residents and visitors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, housekeeping, or property maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in maintaining clean and attractive communities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Pick up trash from grounds, parking areas, and property perimeters
- Sweep sidewalks, breezeways, clubhouse entrances, and parking areas
- Maintain dumpster areas and perform scheduled power washing
- Paint curbs, stripe parking lots, and paint speed bumps as needed
- Control and eliminate weeds
- Straighten exterior signage
- Replace breezeway light bulbs
- Maintain mailbox areas and other shared spaces
- Clean and maintain pool areas, furniture, and decks
- Empty amenity-area trash receptacles
- Sweep, hose, and power wash pool decks as needed
- Scrub pool sides as needed
- Assume full pool-maintenance responsibility where applicable
- Maintain laundry room trash receptacles
- Clean fluorescent light panels in laundry rooms
- Keep maintenance rooms clean and organized
- Keep common areas clutter-free, sanitary, and presentable
- Clean offices, clubrooms, and restrooms daily
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture
- Clean windows and empty wastebaskets
- Clean kitchen areas when applicable
- Vacuum, dust, and touch-up model and show units
- Thoroughly clean laundry rooms, including machines, floors, trash cans, and windows
- Clean dryer vents
- Clean make-ready apartments as assigned
- Touch-up and freshen move-in apartments for the following day
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning materials and supplies
- Trash out vacant apartments
- Assist Maintenance Technicians under Lead Maintenance supervision
- Deliver notices and newsletters to resident doors
- Support special projects and operational needs
- Assist the maintenance team as needed
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Promote a positive image of the property
- Work effectively with property and maintenance teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
