About The Position

Fairgrove Property Management is hiring a Multi-Site Porter to support building maintenance and landscaping efforts and help maintain property quality and efficient production. The role includes general maintenance support, detailed cleaning, and apartment turns in accordance with company standards. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, supporting one building with 424 units. Compensation is $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Positive, can-do attitude and commitment to excellence, improvement, and achieving goals.
Ability to push and pull 100 pounds of force.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds below the waist and up to 45 pounds above the waist.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Regular, consistent, and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning of assigned areas, including power washing buildings and common areas.
Haul trash to the dumpster area.
Wipe, scrub, dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum; empty trash as required.
Clean unit interiors in detail to prepare them for resident move-in.
Assist with lighting maintenance work as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to the team and residents.
Support the property management mission and values.
Communicate in a timely and effective manner.
Deliver notices and flyers to occupied units.
Follow safe work practices and identify and resolve hazards throughout the property.
Support building maintenance and landscaping efforts to maintain the property.
Provide general maintenance support, including apartment turns, in accordance with company standards.
