About The Position

Fairgrove Property Management is hiring a full-time Multi-Site Porter to support the building maintenance team and landscaping efforts at a property with 424 units. The role focuses on preserving property quality and maintaining efficient production. Duties may include general maintenance support, detailed cleaning, and apartment turns in accordance with company standards. The position is 40 hours per week and pays $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Positive, can-do attitude and commitment to excellence, improvement, and achieving goals.
Ability to push and pull 100 pounds of force.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds below waist and up to 45 pounds above waist.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Regular, consistent, and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning of assigned areas, including power washing buildings and common areas.
Haul trash to the dumpster area.
Wipe, scrub, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash as required.
Clean unit interiors in preparation for resident move-ins.
Assist with lighting maintenance work as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to the team and residents.
Support the property management company’s mission and values.
Communicate in a timely and effective manner.
Deliver notices and flyers to occupied units.
Use safe work practices and identify and resolve hazards throughout the property.
Support building maintenance and landscaping efforts, including general maintenance and apartment turns.
