About The Position
The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician assists maintenance staff with a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities, moving between locations as needed. The role includes preventative maintenance and repairs, responding to work orders, preparing vacant suites for presentations and move-ins, and maintaining building interiors, exteriors, and grounds. Other duties may also be assigned.
Requirements
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Enjoy hands-on assignments.
- Solid service skills.
- Teamwork, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in residential maintenance is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
