About The Position

The Maintenance Technician supports maintenance operations at Hamilton Greene Apartments in Mays Landing, New Jersey. The role focuses on responding promptly to resident calls, providing customer service and follow-up after repairs, monitoring property grounds and routine upkeep, completing proactive repairs, and preparing apartments for move-in and turnover. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and participates in a rotating on-call schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Experience working in building maintenance.
• Dependable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Valid driver's license.
• Primary residence within 30 minutes of the property.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotating on-call coverage.

Responsibilities
