About The Position

Scully is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Hamilton Greene Apartments in Mays Landing, New Jersey. The role focuses on promptly responding to resident maintenance calls, delivering attentive customer service, maintaining the property and grounds, completing repairs, and preparing apartments for move-in and turnover. The technician participates in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and access to an employee housing discount program.

Requirements

• Experience working in building maintenance.
• Dependable transportation to travel to work and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Valid driver's license.
• Primary residence within 30 minutes of the property.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotating on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to resident maintenance calls.
• Follow up with residents after repairs to provide customer service.
• Monitor property details, including grounds and routine upkeep.
• Proactively identify and complete maintenance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and turnover.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including occasional evenings and weekends.
