About The Position

AMLI Residential is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to help people find their next home at two of their luxury Miami apartment communities, AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya. This role is a combination of sales, customer service, and real estate. The consultant will meet prospective renters, show them apartment homes and amenities, help them find the perfect fit, and guide them through the leasing process.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Saturday availability required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in presenting products, handling objections, and closing sales.
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
A positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in helping people.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales or store management experience
Hotel, hospitality, or guest services experience
Automotive or other commission-based sales experience
Customer service with sales responsibilities experience
Apartment leasing or real estate experience

Responsibilities

Showcase luxury apartments and amenities, highlighting community features.
Build relationships with prospective renters to understand their needs and find suitable homes.
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, and texts to address questions, overcome objections, and secure leases.
Work towards individual and team leasing goals, including earning commissions.
Become knowledgeable about apartment features, pricing, availability, and local neighborhoods.
Assist customers with applications, lease agreements, and move-in preparations.
Support current residents with renewals, events, and customer service.
Collaborate with colleagues at both properties to maximize leasing opportunities.
