Multi-Site Leasing Consultant
About The Position
AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support two luxury apartment communities in Atlanta's desirable Lindbergh neighborhood, AMLI Lindbergh & AMLI Piedmont Heights. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals, with opportunities for career growth and commissions. The position involves showcasing apartments, connecting with prospective residents, and managing the leasing process to turn leads into leases. Previous experience in apartment leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries is beneficial, but strong sales skills and a goal-oriented attitude are highly valued.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Saturday availability required.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence presenting products, following up with prospects, and closing sales.
- Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging apartment tours, highlighting luxury apartment homes, amenities, and community features.
- Connect with prospective renters, understand their needs, and help them find the right apartment.
- Respond to leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries, turning interest into signed leases.
- Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals while maximizing commission opportunities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and the surrounding Lindbergh, Buckhead, and Midtown areas.
- Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and help residents navigate their move-in experience.
- Assist with renewals, resident events, and ongoing customer service.
- Collaborate with onsite teams at both communities to drive leasing performance and resident satisfaction.
