About The Position

AMLI Residential is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join their Frisco/Plano team, supporting three luxury communities. This role is ideal for a high-performing leasing professional seeking more opportunities to lease, earn commissions, and advance their career. By working across multiple properties, the consultant will have access to a larger inventory, more traffic, and greater potential to convert prospects into residents, helping them find the AMLI community that best suits their lifestyle while maximizing leasing potential.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Saturday availability required
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Professional presentation and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, goal-oriented mindset
Strong follow-up and closing skills

Nice To Haves

Apartment leasing experience
Retail sales experience, Hospitality, or hotel experience
Experience working in a commission-driven environment
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Responsibilities

Conducting personalized tours and showcasing luxury apartment homes and community amenities
Building relationships with prospects and identifying their housing needs
Following up on leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries
Converting traffic into leases while achieving leasing goals
Preparing lease agreements and processing applications
Assisting with resident renewals and retention efforts
Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
Creating exceptional move-in experiences for new residents
Supporting resident events and community engagement programs
Maintaining expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions across all three communities
