About The Position
AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join their team and help people find their next home at two luxury apartment communities in Miami: AMLI Dadeland and AMLI Joya. This role combines sales, customer service, and real estate, where you will meet prospective renters, showcase apartment homes and amenities, assist them in finding the perfect fit, and guide them through the leasing process. The main goal is to help prospective renters find a home they love and convert these opportunities into signed leases.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Saturday availability required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence presenting products, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
- A positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in helping people.

Responsibilities
- Give engaging tours of luxury apartments and amenities, highlighting what makes each community special.
- Get to know prospective renters, understand what they're looking for, and help them find the right home.
- Connect with interested prospects through calls, emails, and texts to answer questions, overcome objections, and secure leases.
- Work toward individual and team leasing goals while earning commissions.
- Become an expert on apartment features, pricing, availability, and the surrounding neighborhoods at both communities.
- Help customers complete applications, sign lease agreements, and prepare for move-in.
- Support current residents with renewals, events, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues at both properties to maximize leasing opportunities.
