About The Position

AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support four luxury apartment communities in Seattle: AMLI South Lake Union, AMLI 535, AMLI Arc, and AMLI Waterfront. The role focuses on turning prospective renters into residents while providing an outstanding leasing experience. The consultant works across multiple communities, showcasing different apartment styles, amenities, and neighborhood experiences and helping prospective residents find an apartment that fits their needs.

The position involves conducting personalized apartment tours, responding to inquiries, following up with prospective residents, working toward leasing and occupancy goals, and managing leasing paperwork and processes. The consultant also assists with move-ins, renewals, retention, resident events, marketing, and outreach, and collaborates with onsite teams across all four communities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently engage with prospective residents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation for travel between communities.

Nice To Haves

• Apartment leasing or property management experience.
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing industries.
• Commission-based sales experience or experience meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, personalized apartment tours across four luxury communities, highlighting apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
• Connect with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find the right apartment home.
• Respond to phone, email, text, and online inquiries and consistently follow up to convert leads into signed leases.
• Work toward individual and team leasing and occupancy goals while maximizing commission opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and the unique features of each property.
• Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing records.
• Assist with move-ins, resident renewals, and retention efforts.
• Participate in resident events, marketing initiatives, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve leasing goals across all four communities.
