About The Position

AMLI Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support three luxury communities in the Frisco/Plano area: AMLI at the Ballpark, AMLI Frisco Crossing, and AMLI West Plano. The role is suited to a sales-focused leasing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to engage with prospects across multiple communities. Working across three properties provides access to a larger inventory of apartment homes and more leasing opportunities.

As an AMLI brand ambassador, the consultant helps prospective residents identify the community that best fits their needs and contributes to occupancy goals. The position involves prospect engagement, tours, lead follow-up, leasing, resident retention, marketing and outreach, move-in support, and community engagement. Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Saturday availability.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tours and showcase luxury apartment homes and community amenities.
• Build relationships with prospects and identify their housing needs.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries.
• Convert traffic into leases while achieving leasing goals.
• Prepare lease agreements and process applications.
• Assist with resident renewals and retention efforts.
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Create exceptional move-in experiences for new residents.
• Support resident events and community engagement programs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions across all three communities.
