About The Position

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Surprise, Arizona. The consultant works at one of the company’s apartment communities and represents Mark-Taylor by delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. The position involves conducting property tours, supporting prospective residents through the application process, communicating with residents, maintaining leasing records and property availability information, and helping maintain the community’s standards and resident experience.

Requirements

At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time-management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience throughout their interactions.
Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up with future residents about their status.
Create positive and memorable experiences for future and current residents through email, telephone, in-person interactions, and other communication channels.
Maintain resident files and accept rental payments.
Actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
Take ownership and pride in the property and help uphold Mark-Taylor’s standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and community culture.
