About The Position
The Multi-Property Custodian performs general housekeeping services for the building, including cleaning vacant units between residents, under the direction of the Property Manager or Property Operations Manager. The role maintains a “sparkling clean” first impression for residents and prospective residents. This is a part-time position in Riverpark, Bismarck, starting at $16 per hour or more based on experience.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time while paying attention to detail.
- Be well-organized, self-directed, and a team player.
- Knowledge of English and ability to communicate verbally.
- Ability to perform the physical demands described in the posting, including lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
