About The Position

Join our team at Adams Multimedia Southern Wisconsin and build a rewarding career in local media and advertising. We’re looking for one motivated Multi-Media Account Executives to serve Beloit and the surrounding areas. This is an outside sales role offering a competitive base salary plus guaranteed commission on every dollar sold. Depending on success, annual on-target earnings will exceed $70,000, with additional upside for top performers. As the face of Adams Multimedia in the community, you’ll work closely with local businesses to create impactful advertising solutions. You’ll represent a full portfolio of hyper-local marketing products, including digital and traditional print advertising, sponsorships, ticketing, events and custom promotions. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have full support from two in-house advertising agencies, along with experienced leadership focused on helping you succeed. To set you up for success from day one, you’ll also receive a pre-established book of business to jump-start your earnings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in an outside sales role
  • Comfortable prospecting and cold calling
  • Ability to run effective discovery conversations
  • Resilient mindset and willingness to push through rejection
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, and Mac-based products
  • Reside in Jefferson County or the immediate surrounding area (on-site role; not remote or hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries and develop customized advertising solutions
  • Research leads through multiple channels, including referrals
  • Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their goals and budgets
  • Recommend campaign enhancements and upgrades
  • Maintain accurate client records for ongoing sales and follow-ups
  • Build, execute and manage a campaign.
  • Provide insightful reporting calls on all targeted digital campaigns.
