About The Position
Adams MultiMedia is seeking a driven, digitally savvy sales professional to join their team as a Multimedia Account Executive. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who builds their own book of business, earns trust with local and regional clients, and designs advertising strategies that genuinely move the needle. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, helping local businesses leverage the full power of digital and multimedia advertising.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Digital advertising sales experience is a major plus
- Familiarity with SEM, SEO, ROAS, CPC, and programmatic
- Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and managing a pipeline
- Natural communicator — confident in presentations, sharp in negotiations
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding, but thrives in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Google Ads or Analytics certified
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with a digital-first mindset (SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, OTT/CTV) and a print option
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover what clients really need — then build campaigns that deliver
- Act as a trusted advisor: regularly share performance data, optimize campaigns, and deepen client relationships
- Collaborate with our internal team to craft compelling, data-backed proposals
- Hit (and exceed) revenue targets
