About The Position

Endeavor Schools is hiring a full-time Multi-Campus Support Teacher to travel among its eight schools in Orange County based on need. The role supports continuity in educational programs when regular teachers are absent. The teacher helps create a positive learning environment, supports children’s development, and works collaboratively with other teachers. The schools are Fulbright Montessori, Spectrum Montessori-Portola Springs, Spectrum Montessori-Woodbury, Heritage Montessori Lake Forest, Heritage Montessori-Newport Mesa, Heritage Montessori-Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel Montessori, and Montessori Academy on the Ranch. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
12 Child Development Units, required by the State of California.
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.
