About The Position

Endeavor Schools is hiring a full-time Multi-Campus Support Teacher to travel among its eight Orange County schools based on staffing needs. The role helps maintain continuity in educational programs during the absence of regular teachers. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. The teacher helps lead learning activities that support children’s development, ensures their safety and well-being, monitors their progress, and creates a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Endeavor Schools describes its educators as supported through resources, education incentives, and career development programs. The position is associated with the following campuses: Fulbright Montessori in Lake Forest; Spectrum Montessori-Portola Springs and Spectrum Montessori-Woodbury in Irvine; Heritage Montessori Lake Forest; Heritage Montessori-Newport Mesa in Costa Mesa; Heritage Montessori-Huntington Beach; Laguna Niguel Montessori; and Montessori Academy on the Ranch in Mission Viejo. The posting lists a starting rate of $18–$20 per hour depending on education and experience, and separately lists a pay range of $23–$25 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
12 Child Development Units, required by the State of California.
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in young learners’ well-being and development.
