MRI Technologist- Full-Time W/ Daily Overtime

About The Position

Shared Imaging is hiring a full-time MRI Technologist in the Santa Clara, California area. The organization emphasizes a “White Glove” service model and delivering a high-quality patient experience. The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $72–$75. Base pay may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position is also eligible for an annual performance-based merit increase. A travel allowance is offered. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with alternating 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks. One week involves working three days followed by four days off; the next involves working four days followed by three days off. The schedule may include any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday. Flexible scheduling is intended to support work-life balance. The technologist must be able to work at additional locations. Requirements

CRT Certification is required.
Venipuncture Certification.
BLS/CPR Certification.
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience.
GE experience with 1.5T and 12x or higher.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
Understanding of Joint Commission.
Hard-working and detail-oriented.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Commitment to outstanding patient care and a positive attitude.
Ability to work at additional locations.
Completed background check and drug screen on file.

Nice To Haves

ARRT (MR) (R) Certification is preferred, but may be excluded in lieu of MRI experience.
