About The Position

This role involves working in both Inpatient (Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital) and Outpatient (Various facilities through the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George and Stafford areas) settings. Requirements

• Minimum of three months experience in MRI.
• Advanced level certification by the ARRT or ARMRIT in MRI required within one year of hire date.
• American Heart Association CPR required.
• Constant (67-100% of workday) use of arms and hands.
• Frequent (34-66% of workday) standing, walking, sitting.
• Occasional (0-33% of workday) bending and squatting.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull up to 20 lbs.
• Auditory and visual skills to include color determination.
• Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must complete MRI Associate screening and be approved to work in the MRI environment (Zones 3 & 4) at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Operate state-of-the-art imaging technology.
