About The Position

As an MRI Technologist, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging and an exceptional patient experience. You will perform MRI exams safely and efficiently while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. This full-time opportunity is for an experienced technologist who enjoys working in an outpatient imaging environment and takes pride in excellent patient care. This is a full-time flex position for 32 hours per week at an outpatient imaging center in Huntsville, Alabama. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. There are no on-call requirements. Additional shifts, including weekends, may be available to pick up. Outpatient Diagnostic Center is a full-service outpatient imaging organization serving the Huntsville, Madison, Athens, and Decatur communities. Its team provides high-quality imaging and patient care in a professional, patient-focused environment. The organization offers a range of imaging services and a collaborative team of registered technologists, and is accredited by the American College of Radiology. Outpatient Diagnostic Center is partnered with Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC, an imaging center management and development operation serving patients in more than 60 communities.

Requirements

Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program.
Current, valid registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT is required upon hire.
Meet applicable state licensure requirements for the state in which the technologist practices.
