MRI Technologist ($10,000 Sign-On Bonus)
About The Position
The MRI Technologist provides high-quality diagnostic imaging and an exceptional patient experience, performing MRI exams safely and efficiently while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. This full-time flex opportunity is based at an outpatient imaging center in Huntsville, Alabama, and is suited to an experienced technologist who takes pride in excellent patient care. The position is 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Additional shifts, including weekends, may be available. Evening shifts qualify for a shift differential. There are no on-call requirements. Outpatient Diagnostic Center is a full-service outpatient imaging organization serving the Huntsville, Madison, Athens, and Decatur communities. Its team provides imaging and patient care in a professional, patient-focused environment, with a range of imaging services and a collaborative team of registered technologists. The organization is accredited by the American College of Radiology.
Requirements
- A minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program.
- Current, valid registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT is required upon hire.
- Meet applicable state licensure requirements for the state in which the technologist practices.
