About The Position
The MRI Tech utilizes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
- Must be a Registered Technologist by ARRT (RT), a Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR), or certified by ARMRIT (MR).
- Must hold American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in MRI.
- Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
