About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, continually growing healthcare organization. The Radiology Supervisor directs and coordinates the daily activities of the assigned department, including budget, personnel, patient care, and regulatory compliance. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the assigned department and referring physicians’ offices. The work hours are 9 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Weekend and on-call work are not required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine technology, ultrasonography, radiologic technology, or MRI technology program.
• Hold one of the following credentials: certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board; registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist by ARRT; registration by ARDMS; registration as an MRI Technologist by ARRT or AMRIT; registration as a CT Technologist by ARRT; registration as a Radiologic Technologist by ARRT; or registration as a Mammography Technologist by ARRT.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Current certification in the American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience.
