About The Position

The Clinical Coordinator coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization and ensures adequate nursing staffing through management of nursing staff resources. The role facilitates and coordinates hospital bed assignments and directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate and expedite patient movement. The Clinical Coordinator assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers with continuous staff development, human resource management, and promoting quality care. The position also handles clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Five years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or a Multi-State Compact RN license required.

Nice To Haves

• General experience in a clinical management role preferred.
