About The Position

The MPS Market Manager acquires new merchant relationships and sells payment acceptance, merchant account, point-of-sale, and related business solutions within an assigned Texas market. The role builds relationships with merchants, community organizations, referral sources, and bank partners; identifies growth opportunities; and provides solutions aligned with clients’ payment and business needs. The manager works independently to achieve sales production, revenue, activation, and market growth objectives while staying informed about local market trends and competition. The position includes direct client engagement, with in-person meetings with clients and banking partners 3–4 days per week. The manager operates autonomously and must reside in a Texas market to meet territory coverage needs. Compensation includes an annual base salary, a sales incentive program, and mileage reimbursement. The posting identifies Arabic as required in the role title, but its description inconsistently refers to Korean fluency and Korean-speaking clients and partners. The listed basic qualification also says bilingual English and Korean.
