About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading all operational activities related to the supply chain and procurement, manufacturing, product quality, and cost control. The role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable operations while meeting customer requirements for quality, delivery, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance. The Operations Manager serves as the bridge between engineering, production, field service, supply chain, quality, and customers to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations for mask equipment platforms.
  • Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Monitor equipment build progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Drive capacity planning to support customer demand.
  • Optimize manufacturing workflows and resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
  • Cooperate with Supply chain teams to insure supplier performance – in terms of product on time delivery, quality and cost.
  • Coordinate inventory management and safety stock policies.
  • Resolve material shortages impacting production schedules.
  • Manage factory acceptance testing (FAT) activities.
  • Coordinate shipment, installation, and customer acceptance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and semiconductor industry standards.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Manage nonconforming material processes.
  • Support customer audits and supplier audits.
  • Implement reliability improvement programs.
  • Deploy Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Reduce manufacturing cycle times.
  • Improve labor productivity.
  • Eliminate waste from operational processes.
  • Develop KPI dashboards.
  • Develop operational budgets.
  • Monitor manufacturing costs.
  • Manage operational and facilities expenditures.
  • Support forecasting and revenue planning.
  • Identify opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Ensure achievement of operational financial targets.
  • Oversee facility operations supporting manufacturing, integration, and testing activities.
  • Ensure availability and reliability of critical infrastructure systems, including: Cleanrooms (ISO/Class-rated environments), Chilled water systems, Compressed dry air (CDA), Process gases, Power distribution and UPS systems, Fire detection and suppression systems.
  • Lead manufacturing, planning, and logistics teams.
  • Establish performance objectives and development plans.
  • Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
