About The Position

Naturescape of Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking to hire a Mowing, Aeration, and Fertilization Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, working outdoors in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for precision mowing, aeration, and fertilization, acting as the company's representative in the field. The position requires clear communication with customers, assessing lawn health, and problem-solving. Adaptability is key, as the role includes pivoting to snow removal during winter months. This is an unlicensed specialist position, with opportunities for professional development and pursuing certifications. The company emphasizes a 'learning by doing' approach and invests in employee growth.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • No lawn care or landscape experience required
  • Willingness to work with current drill schedules (for military personnel)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower
  • Willingness to relocate (for management opportunities)
