About The Position

Naturescape of Delafield, WI is seeking to hire a Mowing Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role offers a career in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business, and the opportunity to be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team. You will be the face of the company in the field, managing a route and transforming landscapes. Your "office" changes daily as you navigate to residential and commercial properties to complete precision mowing, aeration, and fertilization. You will take pride in the "before and after," knowing that your work enhances a customer's property. You are more than a technician; you are a consultant and a problem-solver, explaining the benefits of services and discussing property needs. Adaptability is key, as you will pivot to snow removal in the winter to ensure customers stay safe and mobile. This is an unlicensed specialist position, supporting beautification without immediate need for state pesticide certifications, though professional development is supported. Your most important responsibility is your own development, with a "learning by doing" approach. We provide paid training and do not require prior lawn care or landscape experience. If you have a "can-do" attitude, a willingness to be coached, and are passionate about working outdoors and helping people, this role is for you.
