About The Position

Naturescape of Muskego, WI is seeking to hire a Mowing Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, including precision mowing, aeration, and fertilization. The Mowing Specialist acts as the face of the company in the field, serving as a consultant and problem-solver for customers. Adaptability is key, as the role involves seasonal work, including snow removal in the winter. This is an unlicensed specialist position, and paid training is provided, making prior lawn or landscape experience unnecessary. The company emphasizes a 'learning by doing' approach and invests in employee development.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• Can-do attitude and willingness to be coached

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower
• Willingness to relocate for management opportunities
• Pursue state pesticide certifications or licenses

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
• Manage a route and transform landscapes.
• Complete precision mowing, aeration, and fertilization.
• Serve as the face of the company in the field.

• Assess lawn health and landscape needs.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients.
